Step1: Turn On your device.
Step2: Connect to your “WI-FI” network.
Note: when that is done is done click on the “NEXT” button below the screen.
Step3: click on the “Email or Phone” dialog-box, your default keyboard will appear, now Click on the cloth icon, when the “TouchPal For OPPO” opens, click on the icon at the top left corner of your screen, click on “Feedback” then click on the Google chrome icon.
Note: click on “ACCEPT & CONTINUE” and the Click on next, you will see and option to “Sign in to Chrome” Click No Thanks.
Step4: On the Google search engine type “Setting”.
Note: you will see a setting icon click on it, scroll down and click on “Additional Settings” and click on “Backup and reset”.
Step5: Click on “Factory data reset”, now click on “Erase All Content and Setting”, click on “delete Data”.
Note: Your phone will reboot you just have to wait for few seconds when that is done you can now start up your phone normally.
