University of Uyo (UNIUYO) Post UTME Screening Form for the 2019/2020 Academic session

This is to invite all candidates who choose the University
of Uyo as their FIRST CHOICE in the 2019 UTME and scored 180 and above that
application for the UNIUYO Post UTME screening exercise for the 2019/2020
academic session has commenced.

Only candidate who choose the institution as their FIRST CHOICE and scored 180 and above are suitable for the post UTME screening test.

Application Procedures for UNIUYO Post UTME

Suitable candidates are required to pay a non-refundable sum
of N2,000 only via the University Portals

Instructions for Online Registration and Payment

• Visit the University official website at www.uniuyo.edu.ng

(Click on e-portals link)

•  Select Admission Forms Link
•  Select Post-UTME as the Admission Form Type
•  Click on MAKE PAYMENT NOW button to make payment
•  Payment can be made online using ATM Card/Internet Banking or
  at any branch of all the Commercial Banks using pre-payment slip through Remita
  platform.
•  After payment return to the online portal and click on Register
  Link to obtain your login credentials to complete your application
  form.
•  Printout the 2019/2020 Screening Exercise Schedule Slip

Requirement

The original and photocopies of the candidate’s academic
qualifications e.g SSCE, O/L, NECO, NABTEB, etc.

One (1) copy of the University of Uyo 2019 ONLINE
registration properly completed with the passport-size photograph printed in
color

One (1) copy of 2019 JAMB (UTME) Result Printout

One (1) recent passport-size photograph on a red background
with name UTME registration number and signature of the candidates on the reverse
side of the photograph.

These items should be packed in quarto-sized envelop and
labeled with name, department, and JAMB registration number.

Candidates should, however, Note:

The same passport photograph used for the online registration
will be used during the screening exercise and for registration after admission
offer

No complaint of wrong Bio-Data or blank photograph will be
attended to after submission and candidates who up-load wrong bio-data will
automatically get disqualified.

Inconsistency in passport on the registration slip will not
be acceptable to the university. Candidates name’s on their O’level results,
UTME results and other registration documents must be the same.

Post UTME Screening date

The UNIUYO Post UTME Screening test has been scheduled to
hold from Monday, August 19^th to Friday, August 23^rd
2019. Venues and time for each faculty is listed below;

DAY 1: Monday 19th August, 2019

Faculties: Agriculture, Clinical Science, Education

DAY 2: Tuesday 20th August, 2019

Faculties: Social Science, Pharmacy, Basic Medical
Science

DAY 3: Wednesday 21th August, 2019

Faculties: Law, Arts, Environmental Studies

DAY 4: Thursday 22nd August, 2019

Faculties: Science, Business Administration,
Engineering

DAY 5: Friday 23rd August, 2019

Faculties: Spill-over from all Faculties

All aspiring applicants are expected to complete their
registration on or before the closing date which is Friday 16^th
August 2019.
