Note: You will need to place your phone on charge with a working charger till you are sure it has charged above 50 percent before your formatting process commences else your phone might not wake up even after formatting.
Next, you will have to follow the instruction of using a Smart Phone Flash Tool as explained here below.

Step 1: Download your Oppo A77 (Mediatek) software.

• Check if your phone has an available update then click the OPPO Phone model that you want to have the software update.
• Read the software update information then click on [Download], then at the bottom left part of your browser will show the file and the time it needs to complete the download.

Step 2: When you are done with the download then, proceed to click on “Show in folder” and sort for the downloaded update file for your Oppo A77 (Mediatek).

Step 3: Now you will need to connect your Oppo A77 (Mediatek) with a good working USB to PC and choose the “Transfer Files” option on your PC. On your PC, a pop-up will show. Proceed to click on “Open device to view files”.

Step 4: Now go on to open the two folders on your PC and move the downloaded software update for your Oppo A77 (Mediatek) to your Oppo A77 (Mediatek) phone Storage and wait for the transfer to complete.

Step 5: After the above, on your Oppo A77 (Mediatek), locate the:

• File Manager
• And go to “Phone Manager”

Step 6:  then look for your device’s Software Package. Double-tap on the file to download and wait for it to finish.

Step 7: That’s all.
